Get Event-
Ready.

Run of show, vendors, VIPs, outcomes — locked a week out. Our readiness checklist is how the best events get boring for the planner and unforgettable for everyone else.

You run the show.
We disappear into it.

Planners are our favorite people to work for — you speak run-of-show, and so do we. Bring us in and you get a coverage team that slots into your timeline instead of fighting it.

One contact, zero chasing

You hand us the run of show; we handle our own cues, power, and placement. You never wrangle a camera.

The one-week freeze, honored

We ask for finals a week out and then we hold them — because last-minute chaos hurts your fundraising and your guests more than it hurts us.

Your clients stay yours

We work under your event, not around it. And when your clients need what our family of brands does, the introductions flow both ways.

The readiness checklist speaks planner — send it to your client and intake fills itself out.

Asked &
Answered.

What planners and directors ask before they book.

What kinds of events do you cover?
Corporate galas, keynotes, and award ceremonies; plays, musicals, and dance performances; conferences and community events — all with multi-cam 4K workflows. One honest exclusion: we don't do weddings — we leave those to the wedding-film specialists. (Our sister brand Treat Your Selfie happily does wedding photo booths, though.)
Can you live stream our event?
Yes — and you pick the outcome: a live stream so remote attendees watch in real time, a polished recording we craft into a video after the fact, or both from the same setup. (For the technical crowd: we deliver to YouTube, Facebook, or any private RTMP destination.)
Will you work with our venue and A/V team?
Absolutely — and clean seams matter to us. For most events around town we partner with Lafayette Sound, our preferred A/V vendor: we provide the cameras, they provide the sound and projection, and we work hand-in-glove so live video actually ends up visible in the room. You'll always know exactly where our job ends and theirs begins.
We don't have an event planner — is that a problem?
Not a problem — though we'll gently encourage one: good planners make everything smoother, and smoother is cheaper. No planner? Two options: run the plan yourself with our event readiness checklist, or ask about our pre-work + day-of coordination — our team handles the email legwork ahead of time and keeps the clock on the night.
How fast do we get the footage?
Honestly? That's set at intake. We work the triangle of three — speed, money, quality: you can optimize two, and the third bends. We can absolutely turn footage around super fast, but fast isn't cheap — and we'll never make it fast by making it worse, because quality is the corner we don't negotiate. Tell us your deadline and priorities and we'll tell you exactly what it takes.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can — event dates are exclusive, one production per date. And by one week out you'll want your run of show locked and every vendor briefed: our event readiness checklist walks you through exactly what to have ready.
Do you travel outside Lafayette?
Home base is Lafayette, and about an hour around it is easy — most of our work lives there. Past that, it’s a lead-time question: the earlier you book, the farther we go. With enough notice we can line up other work near your venue around your date, which spreads travel across the trip instead of loading it onto your event. Planning far ahead, far away? Ask — that’s exactly the booking we like to say yes to.
Can you add a photo booth to our event?
Our sister brand Treat Your Selfie does exactly that — one email books both the coverage and the booth.

Different question? Ask directly — we answer fast.

One Team. Three Brands.
One Flywheel.

These sites cross-link because the work actually flows between them: one team, one standard, one promise — excellence in every frame. And if you know someone who needs what any of these do, the highest compliment you can pay us is the introduction. The rest of the family is always one email away.

Each one feeds the next — that's the flywheel
